Each of our charters features a trained crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and standard drinks. Inclusions can vary depending on the type of service; for example, sunset trips come with select beverages and snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make a reservation?
It is suggested to book your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season from May to September. For business gatherings and special celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks earlier can secure better vessel availability and provide adequate time for any tailored arrangements.
What is the protocol if the weather is unfavorable?
Our highest concern is safety. In the instance of unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain, we'll suggest an alternative charter date or issue a complete refund. Weather forecasts are closely tracked, and we will reach out to you 24 hours ahead of the scheduled departure should concerning weather patterns emerge.
May I bring my own provisions and refreshments?
Certainly, you're permitted to supply your own edibles and drinks. We also provide an excellent selection of catering options tailored to your taste. Note that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate individuals with accessibility requirements?
We aim to facilitate all our guests. Certain yachts in our fleet are equipped with more accessible amenities than others. Discuss your specific needs with us at the time of booking, and we will guide you to the most accessible yacht and take care of necessary arrangements for accessibility.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations conducted 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Those made between 24–72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, apart from in the event of unfavorable weather or mechanical issues attributable to our side.
